3. Permitted Uses

Voco is designed for:

  • Personal interview practice using your own resume and career information
  • Preparing for specific job interviews through simulated practice sessions
  • Improving interview communication skills through feedback and repetition
  • Individual educational use in developing professional communication skills

4. Prohibited Uses

4.1 Prohibited Employment and Hiring Uses

This is our most important restriction.

You may not use Voco or any AI-generated outputs from Voco to:

  • Make, inform, or influence employment, hiring, promotion, demotion, compensation, or termination decisions regarding any individual

  • Provide Voco outputs to employers, HR departments, applicant tracking systems, or recruiters for use in candidate evaluation
  • Operate Voco as an automated or semi-automated decision-making system in any employment, professional evaluation, or HR context

Voco is a personal practice tool only. Using Voco outputs in actual employment decisions is a material violation of this policy, potentially illegal under applicable employment, AI, and anti-discrimination regulations, and may expose you and your organization to significant legal liability.

4.2 Account and Access Abuse

You may not:

  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, weekly interview caps, or subscription tier restrictions
  • Share account credentials with other individuals
  • Use automated scripts, bots, browser automation tools, or macros to interact with the Service

You may not:

  • Upload malicious files, code, malware, or content designed to disrupt or damage the Service or its users
  • Attempt to exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform
  • Conduct credential stuffing, account enumeration, password spraying, or brute-force attacks against the Service

To report a security vulnerability responsibly, email hello@vocohq.com with a description of the issue.

4.4 AI System Manipulation and Extraction

You may not:

  • Attempt to manipulate Aria or the scoring system through prompt injection, adversarial inputs, jailbreaking techniques, or any method designed to produce falsified scores, fabricated feedback, or unintended outputs
  • Attempt to extract, reconstruct, or replicate Voco's system prompts, AI configurations, difficulty system, or scoring methodology
  • Use the Service to build datasets, training corpora, benchmarks, or evaluation sets derived from AI-generated outputs, including through automated output extraction, synthetic dataset generation, systematic benchmarking, or output harvesting designed to reproduce platform behavior
  • Use outputs from Voco's AI systems to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or develop any competing AI model or service

4.5 Prohibited Content Uploads

You may not upload content that:

  • Use Voco to build, train, or develop a competing interview practice service
  • Systematically scrape, harvest, or extract data, questions, feedback, or other content from the platform

4.7 Legal Violations

You may not:

  • Use the Service from territories subject to applicable international sanctions or export control restrictions
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including employment discrimination laws, privacy laws, and AI regulations in your jurisdiction

5. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated responses, coaching, scoring, interview feedback, and model answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, contextually inappropriate, or reflect biases present in AI systems. They should not be relied upon as professional, employment, legal, psychological, or career advice. See our Terms of Service for the full AI disclaimer.

6. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to Voco, including your resume, job descriptions, and any other materials. By uploading content, you represent that you have the right to do so and that it complies with this AUP.

7. Monitoring and Enforcement

We may monitor usage patterns, request volumes, and platform activity as reasonably necessary to:

  • Maintain platform security and reliability
  • Detect abuse, fraud, or violations of this policy
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Improve service reliability and performance

Monitoring is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy at vocohq.com/privacy.
