Voco is designed for:
- Personal interview practice using your own resume and career information
- Preparing for specific job interviews through simulated practice sessions
- Improving interview communication skills through feedback and repetition
- Individual educational use in developing professional communication skills
4. Prohibited Uses
4.1 Prohibited Employment and Hiring Uses
This is our most important restriction.
You may not use Voco or any AI-generated outputs from Voco to:
- Make, inform, or influence employment, hiring, promotion, demotion, compensation, or termination decisions regarding any individual
- Screen, rank, evaluate, or score job candidates as part of any hiring or evaluation process
- Provide Voco outputs to employers, HR departments, applicant tracking systems, or recruiters for use in candidate evaluation
- Operate Voco as an automated or semi-automated decision-making system in any employment, professional evaluation, or HR context
Voco is a personal practice tool only. Using Voco outputs in actual employment decisions is a material violation of this policy, potentially illegal under applicable employment, AI, and anti-discrimination regulations, and may expose you and your organization to significant legal liability.
4.2 Account and Access Abuse
You may not:
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, weekly interview caps, or subscription tier restrictions
- Share account credentials with other individuals
- Use automated scripts, bots, browser automation tools, or macros to interact with the Service
- Deliberately generate excessive requests to exploit free-tier access, inflate costs, or degrade service availability for others
4.3 Security and Technical Attacks
You may not:
- Upload malicious files, code, malware, or content designed to disrupt or damage the Service or its users
- Attempt to exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform
- Conduct credential stuffing, account enumeration, password spraying, or brute-force attacks against the Service
- Conduct vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or security assessments of the platform without prior written permission from Voco
- Attempt to access another user's account, data, sessions, or personal information

4.4 AI System Manipulation and Extraction
You may not:
- Attempt to manipulate Aria or the scoring system through prompt injection, adversarial inputs, jailbreaking techniques, or any method designed to produce falsified scores, fabricated feedback, or unintended outputs
- Attempt to extract, reconstruct, or replicate Voco's system prompts, AI configurations, difficulty system, or scoring methodology
- Use the Service to build datasets, training corpora, benchmarks, or evaluation sets derived from AI-generated outputs, including through automated output extraction, synthetic dataset generation, systematic benchmarking, or output harvesting designed to reproduce platform behavior
- Use outputs from Voco's AI systems to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or develop any competing AI model or service
4.5 Prohibited Content Uploads
You may not upload content that:
- Infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party
- Contains government-issued identification numbers (Social Security numbers, passport numbers, national ID numbers, or equivalents)
- Contains financial account credentials, banking information, or payment card data
- Contains medical, health, biometric, or genetic information beyond what is reasonably included in a standard professional resume
- Contains passwords, API keys, private cryptographic keys, or authentication credentials
- Contains personal data of third parties without their informed consent
- Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive toward any identifiable individual
4.6 Commercial Misuse
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or provide paid access to Voco features without our written permission
- Use Voco to build, train, or develop a competing interview practice service
- Systematically scrape, harvest, or extract data, questions, feedback, or other content from the platform
4.7 Legal Violations
You may not:
- Use the Service from territories subject to applicable international sanctions or export control restrictions
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including employment discrimination laws, privacy laws, and AI regulations in your jurisdiction

7. Monitoring and Enforcement
We may monitor usage patterns, request volumes, and platform activity as reasonably necessary to:
- Maintain platform security and reliability
- Detect abuse, fraud, or violations of this policy
- Comply with legal obligations
- Improve service reliability and performance
Monitoring is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy at vocohq.com/privacy.
Enforcement actions for violations may include:
- A warning for minor or first-time violations
- Temporary account suspension pending investigation
- Permanent account termination for serious or repeated violations
- Legal action where warranted by the nature or scale of the violation
We will generally notify you of enforcement actions where practicable, except where prohibited by law or where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
